I can't tell. I have no experience with http servers on newer OS releases. My hint is generic, valid for every OS.
The issue is when accessing the IFS directories using Eclipse IDE not when running the PHP application.
I apologize. I mixed up when you mentioned FileZilla in your initial request.
I don't know which way RDi uses to retrieve and store source files on IBM i. Could be WebDAV (and thus again a Webserver issue), FTP, or some proprietary interface.
