As I recall, regardless of how email is set up, QtmmSendMail goes
through MSF, and MSF goes through QTSMTP*. Right?
And if there isn't a full set of all four QTSMTP* jobs running, and at
least one QMSF job, then QtmmSendMail (or anything else that goes
through the built-in email) is not actually going to send anything. Right?
And that's still true under V7, right?
