I'm learning the new keys on my M1 Mac and Fn-F11 during a green screen
session doesn't press F11. It does some OSx thing it moves every window off

F12 works fine.

You need to hold the fn key. The function keys do what’s on the label (i.e. volume, brightness, expose, etc.) without it held.

If you want them to send F1..12 without fn being held (invert the fn key), go to System Preferences, Keyboard, and turn on “Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys."
