Yes, I get the same with a nonsense USERID and it does seems the API us
getting enough of the XML to figure out the USERID.
But when I put in my real USERID I get error 80040B18 "An error has
occurred with the service. Please contact the administrator or try again."
Which leads me to believe something is possibly causing the API to crash
and this is a generic error handling that kicks in.
