These arguments usually lead to talks with our customers
for a temporary test environment to verify any changes...
It is so easy to use a save21 on a different LPAR (on-prem
or at a cloud provider) to work on these topics. Not doing
anything because of fear or budget just leaves the
customer in the old technology pitfall.

1) If we change stuff - (perhaps) something breaks.
2) We are running multitenant - and there is no way we can ( at row level)
control the CCSID.
