Since were so far behind on WAS and Web Query I am going to remove it from our systems for now. We're not using them. We may late in 2022. I'll start clean then.
I opened a case with IBM on how to remove these.
They gave me a caution that parts of it may be used by client stuff on those servers consuming services from others but I can't find anyone here who thinks that may be a possibility.
They also gave me some cleanup links:
<snip>
Db2 Web Query for i:
Uninstall instructions - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/web-query-uninstall
Security Bulletin: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6529238
Remediation for v2.2.1 = Download and install the IBM i Group PTF, SF99653 level 11.

WebSphere Application Server:
Uninstall instructions: How To Uninstall IBM WebSphere Application Server v8.0 and Later and the Installation Manager Products on the IBM i OS https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/684705
</snip>

One of these has a PDF which has a line in it: DLTUSRPRF QWQADMIN. This is a DB2 Web Query user.
Imagine my surprise when that object is locked by many jobs, including one person's interactive session.
WRKOBJLCK OBJ(QWQADMIN) OBJTYPE(*USRPRF)
Job User
GDL128A0 redacted
QB5ROUTER redacted
QPWFSERVSO QUSER
QPWFSERVSO QUSER
QRWTSRVR QUSER
QZLSFILET QUSER
QZRCSRVS QUSER
QZRCSRVS QUSER
QZRCSRVS QUSER

I think I'll have to get this system in a restricted state to fully clean it up.
