How is someone hunting for objects going to resolve the issue? It really
will be the point of the software provider to provide a fix...

Unless it's your internal software, then fix it yourself.

Again, when I get 50 customers (more today) emailing me asking if my
software is affected, there isn't a very good high level understanding of
the issue. That's either poor reporting (panic porn is all it seems like)
or them not taking the time to understand it.
