No Darryl you don't. A link is just a part of cell content. You can also mix regular php script into the grid(s). I haven't done it for a while but I found it easy enough to do.

PHP Grid is designed so that it can be included within your own web pages if desired. You can also use it with the Forms package which comes free with the enterprise version - which is what we used.
