Yes QUTCOFFSET is set correctly.

I have not identified any other unexpected audit journal entries.

But there were 3194 SV entries and ALL were UTC time adjustments - that
really does seem excessive!!!

Might want to look at some of the other audit journal fields to see what
in them. Also, is the UTC system value set correctly for QUTCOFFSET.
