Hello all,

Question for the group. We are currently slowly phasing in use of the ACS
software instead of Client Access. Currently we deploy ACS on any new PC
hardware that goes out to the users in the company, and we install it on
existing machines as the need arises. We've noticed an issue revolving
around Java, though. I've seen IBM's suggested solution to get their JRE
and we are definitely using that. Unfortunately it seems like every time a
user does a Windows update it gets rid of that directory for some reason,
which is strange considering it's embedded several levels deep within the
directories for the ACS software. I'm sure we aren't the first one to
encounter this. Anyone out there have a tried-and-true solution?
