I did find further instructions in the email that I missed. I'll try muddling through this. The first link seems pretty detailed.

Your contact information does not match.
Here are the instructions that you need to follow in order to get correct call home and community user data:
Please update the call home information on your server/partition to match one of the community users in https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US
From a command line, type wrkcntinf
2. Work with local service information
2. Change service contact information
Make sure to page all of the way down (5-7 times) to update all of the fields including "Electronic mail addresses"
OR create a user in the community that matches the call home info.
This will enable you to view, open, close and update cases that call home and we can provide a better support experience.
