Easy. This person has no need to run any of the other methods. None. The data is set up with an authorization list. There are a few people who are data analysts who want no ability to update the data so they have *READ. This new person only needs access to but a few files and only by this one view. He would be set up with *EXCLUDE. And the access would adopt authority.
