Both RCV and RTV JRNE are non-destructive.
RTVJRNE scans an existing journal receiver to fine the selected
entries. You have to scan a receiver once the entires ahve been
added-- usually long after the transactions have taken place.
RCVJRNE is designed to 'receive' journal entries directly from the
journal programs. You are tapping into the live receiver stream; you
receive the journal entries as they're created. No need to scan the
receivers to find them.
