Well, if you Google 'IBM MRS Tool', you can go directly to 'https://www-01.ibm.com/marketing/iwm/mrs/DownloadList?source=swg-ia'. But if I try to download I get 'Access Denied'. Even though I had to log in to get the poor little Bee.
