You are the one working with compilers, RDi and ACS. Makes little sense for
a back & forth between IBM support and your company to have to go through
someone else who likely doesn't really understand the problem.
I try to keep our IBM i admin team in the loop when I open one, but
otherwise...
AFAIK, you can't access an entitled resource without having your IBM ID
tied to a support contract.
