I tend to use web mail, but I've used Thunderbird in the past. I've never
looked at Office365, but I did recently try unsuccessfully to connect to an
MS Exchange server. All the clients I found required an optional service
running on Exchange that was a non-starter.

subject: Using Linux as a Desktop - Not Bad So Far

Hey all.

As a social experiment I have been testing to see how much of my work I
could do with a Linux instance. I'm using Linux Mint as a desktop.

I'm curious if there's a decent free Linux email client that interops with
Office365 without needing IMAP.

Or if there isn't one, what's your favorite IMAP client. So far I can do
just about everything I do with my Windows or Mac desktops.

Regards,
Richard Schoen
