FTP is not (yet) prone to Ransomware attacks. You can't seamlessly open a file like you do with mapped drives. Implementing download, crypto and re-upload routines seems to be too much effort for the few possible targets these bad guys perceive.
Is sftp the way to go, or is there another open method. V7.3..
SCP is the way to go, but it has the same problem with Ransomware like FTP. See above.
SFTP is meant for interactive use and better suited for complex workflows. For just doing a copy, scp is way easier to implement.
