If you want to get a list of all stored procedures, you should use the
SYSPROCS view
Select * from SysProcs
Where Specific_Schema = 'WHATEVER';
If you want to get a lost of all User Defined Functions or User Defined
Table Functions, you should access the SYSFUNCS view.
Select * from SysFuncs
Where Specific_Schema = 'WHATEVER';
