Maybe you can use a SELECT over the original file, adding the new 
columns in the SELECT - excuse bad syntax, please -

CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE mytable (select
  id  FOR COLUMN TFROWID BIGINT NOT NULL GENERATED ALWAYS AS IDENTITY
PRIMARY KEY,
  Active_Job_Name FOR MYACTJOB  char(26), oldtable.* from oldtable) RCDFMT mytableR;

might need a WITH NO DATA - I'm barely starting the day, so probably am 
missing some stuff. Don't know if you need a column list, as well.
