For some $##%!^$ reason the situation is communicated with INFO messages by
CRTCMD:

* CPD0263 400 20 Required parameter not
allowed after optional parameter. Optional parameter
assumed.
* CPD0250 400 20 Default value of ' '
assumed for DFT parameter.

Gee, thanks CRTCMD, for creating my command that doesn't work the way I
said it should?!!!
