Embrace dynamic sql by using the PREPARE and EXECUTE statements.

ESPECIALLY< for three part naming!

I had a recent case where static sql was all bonkers with three part naming programs promoted by our change management tool due to the SQL packages and IBM suggested using dynamic sql instead.

I know, we all drank the kool-aid that we should try static sql as much as possible for performance reasons, but this may be an exception to that rule.
