The QSPCENV system value (e.g. WRKSYSVAL QSPCENV) ...
-or-
the SPCENV attribute of the *USRPRF? e.g. on the CHGUSRPRF command you can change it to "*S36" or "*NONE" ...
It is not an "environment variable." Where are you looking in Navigator?
