Ofcause you can. However, remember that in CL one quote is escape as two
quotes so it looks like

RUNSQL SQL('UPDATE Y1SY/YLIBLST SET YLLLTX=''RESTORED FROM 103119'' WHERE
YLLLVN=''ICOMRST''')
