Does anybody have any experience getting a DMARC-enabled sending domain
and Scott Klement's list-server to make nice with each other?
I have a ServerFault question posted (heavily redacted for privacy: it
mentions nobody and nothing by name), with a 50-point bounty on it.

Given that I do occasionally need help with HTTPAPI (and on very rare
occasions, I can even *provide* some small measure of help), I'd like to
be able to once again post to Scott's list, with a reasonable
expectation of my posts not going straight into the bit-bucket.
