Yes, Windows firewall, sorry.

The user passed as a parm is defined on both the IBM i and the Windows 
server and the password is the same on both systems.

When we have had problems it has been with authorities on the Windows 
server.  Having the user in the Admin group wasn't enough.  We have had 
to explicitly give authority to each folder needed by the scripts.

It's been a while since we have been through that but that's how I 
remember it.
