Thanks for the reply Jack
I had already held my nose and jumped right in
Works like a charm
But its still nice to have someone confirm that what you are doing is correct
However, I recorded 20 instances of the repetitive key strokes
Is there anyway of editing the macro to loop around a number of times
OR
Setting up a run of the macro to run the macro a number of times, instead of keep on hitting the play button

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: iACS recording and playing macro's
Record a macro button:
- Dialog pops up
- Give it a name
- Record ... any keystrokes including PFKeys will be recorded
- Click the Stop Recording or Playing button when done and it's saved.
Play a macro:
- Dialog pops up
- Choose macro and it plays
This is really simple. The macros are saved in XML, except that iACS
detects you entering passwords and encrypts them in the text.
On my Mac, the macros are in ~/IBM/iAccessClient/Emulator/*.mac
Sometimes I edit them manually.

One for recording a macro and another for playing a macro
