Another thing to be aware of, if you have an open ticket on the old system,
it might not make it into the new system, you'll need to reopen it and
reference the old ticket number. I've had multiple support reps tell me
that.
Also please take notice, this is hardware service, not software. Software
converted over some time ago.....
