Talking to a web server -- MIDRANGE-L

We are using Brad Stones GETURI program to talk to a webserver that
converts Zebra printing language (ZPL ) to a PNG. Occasionally it fails
and we see these errors in the GETURI logs. Does this mean the connection
dropped? Thanks for any help.
