iACS Run SQL Scripts - Content assist provides Syntax proposal but NOT Database proposal

One of my colleagues has the same version of iACS (Version: 1.1.8.7) as I
do.

If you try content assist it shows the Syntax proposal and if you prompt
again it fails to retrieve the database proposal whereas on mine the
Database proposal (all the fields) is the first list displayed and if I
prompt again then I get the Syntax proposal.

We have checked the preferences are the same.

I can't find any hits on this issue.

About to open case with IBM but this list is commonly a better source of
answers.
