Check out the sample code[1] at bottom of page that issues API request
using the IWS transport APIs. Once you retrieve the data, you will need to
parse, etc.

Preference is in either SQL or RPG. I'm looking to query the weekly
fuel prices for a range of dates and bring it into the system, on an
ongoing basis. Doing it via Excel is clumsier to me, if I can do it
directly in RPG or SQL. TIA.
