I created an API using the IWS wizard.

I'm entering this into the browser:

http://cfitest:10021/web/services/TESTAPI/GetAcctBal/{"ACCT#":"000222933"}<http://cfitest:10021/web/services/TESTAPI/GetAcctBal/%7b%22ACCT#":"000222933"}>
I've also tried
http://cfitest:10021/web/services/TESTAPI/GetAcctBal/"000222933";<http://cfitest:10021/web/services/TESTAPI/GetAcctBal/%22000222933%22>
and several other variations. I'm getting a 404

Poking around the logs available in IBM Web Administation for I are these:

[5/5/21 13:52:26:283 EDT] 0000003a sun.rmi.transport.tcp W RMI TCP Accept-0: accept loop for ServerSocket[addr=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0,localport=35310] throws

Console.log

The GetAcctBal/{ACCT#} variable was not supplied a value. Provide a value for this variable.
cycle.JSR250LifecycleManagerUtils.invokeMethod(JSR250LifecycleManagerUtils.java:219)

The rpgle pgm receives a character acct# and returns a number

Dcl-pr main ExtPgm('TESTAPI');
Acct# Char(9);
ActBal Zoned(9:2);
End-Pr;

Any hints? I've asked our communication techs to check their logs for locked ports, etc. and they said there was nothing.

Any help appreciated.

TIA
Jack
