I went looking for his site this morning and it looks like his host name (www.martinvt.com) is gone, but the IP is still running for the time being.

My condolences also.

As I recall, Booth had a website with examples of 5250 display files
using scroll bars and mouse clicks.  Perhaps that could be preserved as
a part of midrange.com with appropriate credits to Booth.
