Well duh! Thanks.

Used to be in Client Access you could click on the icon at the top left of the window and turn things off and on. I often turned off tool bar (never use it), and sometimes menu, to maximize screen real estate,

Right click in the screen is not something I do and it's the last place I would have thought of looking. We (I) get set in our ways.

And I should have googled...

I right mouse clicked anywhere on the green screen and I was able to turn it back on.
