Biggest problem of course remains that any programs called by using a variable name are not included.

Also these days one would hope that Service Programs are as important as programs and while this shows you which SPs are used it won't tell you which routines were used.

That? can be the start I recommended - OP wants to get what is called by
caller by caller, etc. A bit of work, to be sure, but doable.
