× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

... or we get requests like: Is there a way to capture all updates to a file, from any interface, which records everything about the update including before/after, timestamp, who, ip address, and a bunch of other stuff? And I don't want to use journaling or triggers.
