SNTP not adjusting System Time

I don't think my IBMi is keeping/adjusting time correctly.
I am usually about 2 minutes slow compared to time.gov.
I have the SNTP server setup. Can anyone tell me what I am missing.

I did a WRKJOB QTOTNTP and it is active.
