I saw that Mark, not sure what to do with it.  There are a couple of user-defined servers in there. Looking in the QATOCSTART table, those user defined entries have a different type than the normal TCP/IP servers.  And that's what's confusing - the *SSHD server is defined in QATOCSTART as a TCP/IP (type T) server, it's just not showing up in System i Navigator.

Hi, Joe,
It has been a while since I used iSeries Navigator, but I think you may be able to define the SSHD server and SNMP server as "user defined" servers?  e.g. under "Network", "TCP/IP", "User-defined"...
Also, iNav supports various "plug-ins" written in Java, so that may be another alternative.
Hope that helps,

Mostly because I find the web version interminably slow.  On our
development partition, it takes 2-3 minutes just to bring up the list of
TCP/IP servers.  So I normally just go to good old System i Navigator
and everything is fine.  Except I just found today that there are a
couple of differences between the two.  As noted in the subject line,
the SSHD server doesn't show in System i Navigator.  A little more
investigation shows that two other servers are missing: the Integrated
Web Application Server (IAS) and the SNMP server.  And even weirder,
there is one server on System i Navigator that doesn't appear in the web
version, something called the Triggered Cache Manager which I'm guessing
is no longer supported.

Anyway, my question is simply this: is there some setup required so that
System i Navigator shows the SSHD server?  Thanks!
