By any chance did it remove itself? And it worked fine with the first test from running the RUNSQL command directly but it failed when run in a CL program because it was already gone?

SQL0204 30 MR016SP04 in THERRPLIB type *N not found.
Do you recognize that name "MR016SP04"? Is it in that library THERRPLIB?
