Oh, and other minor tidbit. Did you know you could have an all numeric userid or an all numeric password? If there are any users out there with the all numeric password there will be a difference at password level 2 or 3. Basically you cannot enter the password as Q12345 also. You have to enter it as 12345.

The only time we ever experienced this is when we migrated from S/36 and my boss' password was all numeric.
