Can you start a web server from PASE / bash? -- MIDRANGE-L

Never though of this before but customer asked: "I have no way to do start server" because they don't use 5250.

Can I do the equivalent of STRTCPSVR *HTTP HTTPSVR(anhttpsvr) in PASE specifically bash?
