I tried your exact SQL statement (copy/paste) and it failed because I
don't have a program named XYZ. So I created the following
super-sophisticated program and compiled it as XYZ:
PGM PARM(&MYPARM)
DCL VAR(&MYPARM) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(32)
SNDMSG MSG(&MYPARM) TOUSR(SKLEMENT)
ENDPGM
Then I ran your statement, and it worked perfectly.
Not sure what you're doing differently, but... the sample SQL statement
you provided in this discussion thread seems to be correct.
