If you're open to 3rd party, my MAILTOOL software will do that easily as
well as many other things lacking from the IBM email offerings...

Setting up separate accounts to work with 3rd party Office 365, GMail,
Godaddy, etc is super simple and can cab be set up at a global, command, or
user profile level. We even have offerings that work with OAuth 2.0 email
endpoints from Microsoft Office 365 and GMail.
