We have this lately on one job that runs hundreds of jobs a day. it's
doing a CPYF to create a copy of a file and it just sits there, same
problem no call stack.

What release? I had this happen once on 7.3 but it was eventually killed
by an IPL. The IPL was to load a bunch of PTFs and the situation never
arose again.

This is bizarre:

I've got a stuck batch job. It shows a status of RUN in WRKACTJOB, but
no CPU. In theory, it's in an RPG program being run from a CL program, and
yet if I try to display the call stack, it sits there for a while, then
says "No call stack."

I can't recall ever seeing anything like this before.
