I have 9009 that had 16GB memory and I decided to double it out to 32GB so I can allocation the additional memory to a couple of LPARs I plan to create.  It took a while to puzzle out the plugging rules for adding memory (counter-intuitive I think).  As far as I can tell, the memory was installed correctly (C22 and C36 if I am not mistaken).  WRKHDWRSC *PRC shows 32GB:

MS01             324D Operational           8192MB Main Storage
MS02             324D       Operational           8192MB Main Storage
MS03             324D       Operational           8192MB Main Storage
MS04             324D       Operational           8192MB Main Storage

The HMC shows that 32GB is available.  But, in system operator messages I see this error (x2 actually)

This is a development-only machine so the issue isn't pressing. Everything seems to be OK.  But I want to make sure that there isn't an issue with the memory itself.  I bought it from a reputable IBM i reseller but if there is a hardware issue, I want to get them involved.  Otherwise, maybe I can just ignore the error and it was just due to the change?
