Unfortunately, most of our users are still using Client Access. With the current virus situation most are working part time or more using remote desktop.

Had an individual contact me this morning that he is unable to scroll in a subfile with the page-up/page-down keys. He further indicated that using these keys along with HOME and END do not work as expected on his laptop. Apparently, these keys do not work as expected in any application when using the laptop in keyboard. He gave as an example when pressing the HOME key, the cursor moved one character instead of to the beginning of the line. He has an external keyboard that works as expected.
If he uses the Function key and the indicated keys with the laptop keyboard in most applications (we discovered this morning) that things work as expected in most applications. However, when he presses the function key while in Client Access, the red X shows up. So that is not a solution. I don't have access to remote into his system to remap keys in Client Access and I'm not sure I can talk him though remapping. Anyone have a suggestion to resolve this? (upgrading to ACS is not an option at this time).
