Looks like I will need to change the sysval qalwjobitp to lit this work.
Bummer that this will require an IPL. I am lucky to get an IPL once a

year. I will talk to the powers to see if I can change that sysval.

According to the help text on v7r4:
A change to this system value takes effect immediately. The shipped value is
0.
