 i cant get that far. i am using client access as console. when i try to connect to console is asked for DST user id which are all disabled. So i believe i need to boot D M and do something with DST to reset the DST profiles on the iseries (A/B side). Just not sure how to do it.

I guess the process would be the same if someone purchaced a used system with no credentials.

this is with only permanent fixes active; usually boots from IPL B with also temporary fixes active.

For both sides A/B -> Boot into OS, signon as QSECOFR and run CHGDSTPWD

i have a secondary iseries (8202 E4D). All DST profiles are disabled. I IPL "D M" from DVD (LIC) and able to log in as default QSECOFR/QSECOFR. Can someone provide a link or something on the processs to reset my side A DST profiles?
