It had to have been configured. You can dig around in the code and
figure it out.

If you're using the samples included with the project, or following
their lead in your own programs, then you'll see

import config

at the top of whatever module you're writing/running. That means there
is a config.py which sets up the transport. Just look in there and
you'll see.
