select *
from qsys2.sysprocs
where routine_name='ZXUZSC'
;

Or

select routine_schema, routine_name
from qsys2.sysprocs
where routine_name <> specific_name
;

Or

select routine_schema, routine_name, count(*) as number_of_routines
from qsys2.sysprocs
group by routine_schema, routine_name
having count(*) > 1
order by routine_schema, routine_name
;

One classic example
select routine_schema, routine_name, specific_name, in_parms
from qsys2.sysprocs
where routine_name = 'QCMDEXC'
;
QSYS2 QCMDEXC QCMDEXC 2
QSYS2 QCMDEXC QCMDEXC1 1

CALL QCMDEXC from sql will work with/without the command length being passed in.
