What's the best way, from a comand line, to see how much memory there is on a box, and how much of it is available to a given LPAR?

Looking at two different customer boxes:

On one of them, if I add up the pool sizes in WRKSYSSTS, I get about 40700M, and if I do a WRKHDWRSC *PRC, I see four 131072M main storage cards.

On the other, if I add up the pool sizes, I get 48568M, and I can't see *any* main storage cards in WRKHDWRSC.
